The estimated dollar value for this program, including the base period and two option years, for all 24 contracts combined is $730,000,000. Funding will be provided at the task order level. The requirements are segregated into four regions: Area I - Hawaii; Area II - Southwest and Northwest; Area III - Southeast; and Area IV - Mid Atlantic, Midwest, and Washington, D.C. The contracts are for a wide range of temporary support services that will provide direct labor, supervision, management, and materials, to perform non-personal services as defined in individual task orders. Services will encompass the following 15 functional areas: administrative support and clerical services; quarters management services; healthcare services (excluding doctors, nurses and physician assistants); information and arts; information technology; instructional and training services; maritime material handling; mechanics and maintenance and repair; plant and system operation; engineering/technical support; mobile equipment operation; financial management; specialized technology; industrial services and general services and support. Work will be performed in all 50 states and the territory of Puerto Rico, with the majority of the effort in the following states: California (31.22 percent); Texas (17.14 percent); Virginia (9.73 percent); Florida (8.63 percent); Hawaii (6.5 percent); and distributed between the remaining states and Puerto Rico (26.78 percent). Work is expected to be completed in August 2012. With options exercised, the completion date could continue until August 2014. Contract funds in the amount of $1,200,000 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Contracts were competitively procured via the World Wide Web, with 57 offers received in response to the 100 percent small business set aside solicitation. Logos Technologies, Arlington, Va., is being awarded a $7,807,161 modification (P00023) to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00014-08-C-0302) for the lightweight expeditionary airborne persistent surveillance overseas contingency operations. Work will be performed in Arlington, Va., and is expected to be completed in November 2012. This modification will be incrementally funded with this initial obligation of $1,145,575, which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The contract was competitively procured under BAA 11-001. The Office of Naval Research, Arlington, Va., is the contracting activity.

The award will provide for the efforts in developing the common virtual environment that facilitates fair fight interoperability for virtual system and non-system training aids, simulators and simulations.
