Specifically, this system includes a UHF phased array radar integrated with Taiwan-furnished Identification Friend-or-Foe beacons; two Missile Warning Centers; and communications and interface architecture and protocol to specified Taiwan mission elements via the Taiwan military communications infrastructure, consistent with USG restrictions. General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Poway, Calif., is being awarded a $9,381,403 firm-fixed-price contract for the delivery order for seven Fixed Ground Control Stations. The location of the performance is Poway, Calif., and is expected to be completed Dec. 31, 2012. ESC/HIBK, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8771-C-11-0001-P00010).

United Technologies Corp., East Hartford, Conn., is being awarded a $8,553,755 firm-fixed-price contract for Material Management Program for the F100 engine in support of the Royal Jordanian Air Force. The locations of the performance are Pratt & Whitney Military Engines, East Hartford, Conn.; Pratt & Whitney Military Aftermarket Services, San Antonio, Texas; and Pratt & Whitney Eagle Supply, Oklahoma City, Okla. Northrop Grumman Corp., Electronic Systems, Linthicum Heights, Md., is being awarded a $32,329,491 modification to previously awarded contract (M67854-07-C-2072) for the continuation of the Ground/Air Task Oriented Radar Increment I effort to support the changes made to the risk reduction change order. Work will be performed in Linthicum Heights, Md. (95 percent), and Syracuse, N.Y. (5 percent), and is expected to be completed Dec. 31, 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract modification was not competitively procured, as the contract effort is within the scope of the current contract and is entered into pursuant to the changes clause. The Marine Corps Systems Command, Quantico, Va., is the contracting activity.

TCOM, L.P., Columbia, Md., is being awarded a $10,414,828 firm-fixed-price contract for the contractor engineering technical support (CETS) services in support of Kuwait Low Altitude Surveillance System (KLASS) Program for the government of Kuwait under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The CETS personnel perform operation and maintenance of the KLASS aerostat, which is a mission essential asset for this sensitive region of the world. Work will be performed in Kuwait (90 percent); Columbia, Md. (five percent); and Elizabeth City, N.C. (five percent). Work is expected to be completed by December 2013. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. This contract was not competitively procured, due to sole-source direction by international agreement.
