Asian Defense News: DUBAI: Qatar's Al Jazeera television said on Sunday it will air a new voice recording of al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in which he claimsresponsibility for a Dec. 25 attempt to blow up a U.S.-bound airline. Nigerian Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab is charged with attempting to blow up a Delta Airlines plane as it approached Detroit on a flight from Amsterdam with almost 300 people on board.
