Contractor will provide 24 AE2100D3 commercial engines for C-130J aircraft. Work will be performed at Indianapolis, Indiana, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 31, 2016. Technology Service Corp., Silver Springs, Maryland, has been awarded a $23,812,562 modification (P00025) to previously awarded contract FA8650-14-C-7400 for the Rapid Reaction Multi-Mission/Support Jammer Cueing (RRMMS/SJC) acquisition effort. Contractor will further develop technologies they have established under previous and current Small Business Innovation Research Phase I and II contracts. The contractor will use rapid prototyping processes and modular architectures to deliver mission critical and urgent technological capabilities. Contractor will provide support activities for follow-on operational test and evaluation of the MQ-9 operational flight program. Work will be performed at Poway, California, and is expected to be complete by Nov. 30, 2017. URS Federal Services Inc., Germantown, Maryland, has been awarded a $9,692,686 firm-fixed-price contract for Air Combat Command unmanned aircraft systems operation centers support for the MQ-1 Predator and MQ-9 Reaper. Lockheed Martin Corp. - Aeronautics Co., Ft. Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $9,262,918 modification (P00508) to previously awarded contract FA8611-08-C-2897 for two communication, navigation and identification units per F-22 and spares. Contractor will provide 479 retrofit kits and perform 443 installations that will increase reliability of transistors on the CNI Driver B units. Work will be performed at Clifton, New Jersey, and is expected to be complete by Dec. 14, 2017. Fiscal 2014 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $9,262,918 are being obligated at the time of award. Portico Services LLC, Herndon, Virginia, has been awarded a $7,503,853 firm-fixed-price contract for repair of electrical distribution lines to support launch complexes at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. Work will be performed at Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida, and is expected to be complete by June 6, 2018. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2016 operation and maintenance funds in the amount of $7,503,853 are being obligated at the time of award. Northrop Grumman System Corp., Redondo Beach, California, has been awarded a $7,026,986 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for booster propulsion technology maturation. Northrop Grumman System Corp. will provide research and development of additive manufacturing for the duct-cooled, carbon/silicon carbide thrust chamber technology development effort. Work will be performed at Redondo Beach, California, and is expected to be complete by Jan. 26, 2018. This award is the result of a competitive Broad Agency Announcement acquisition with 12 offers received. Accenture Federal Services, Arlington, Virginia (N00189-16-D-0013); CACI Enterprise Solutions, Arlington, Virginia (N00189-16-D-0014); CGI Federal, Fairfax, Virginia (N00189-16-D-0015); Deloitte Consulting, Alexandria, Virginia (N00189-16-D-0016); ECS Federal, Fairfax, Virginia (N00189-16-D-0017); IBM, Bethesda, Maryland (N00189-16-D-0018); Leidos, Reston, Virginia (N00189-16-D-0019); and Main Sail, Cleveland, Ohio (N00189-16-D-0020), were awarded an estimated $147,178,362 multiple award,  indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price task orders contract to obtain process improvement, reengineering, management and data support services, to include Navy Enterprise Resource Planning sustainment on behalf of Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC).  NAVSUP BSC requires process management and data services to support current and future Navy requirements in the areas of data governance and analysis, business process re-engineering and management, and business system engineering and integration.  Each contract includes a 12-month base period, four 12-month option periods, and the option at Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-8 - option to extend services. BAE Systems San Diego Ship Repair, San Diego, California, was awarded a $25,589,923 modification to previously awarded cost-plus-award-fee/incentive-fee contract (N00024-10-C-4407) for USS Anchorage (LPD-23) fiscal 2016 selected restricted availability (SRA).  An SRA includes the planning and execution of depot-level maintenance, alterations, and modifications that will update and improve the ship's military and technical capabilities.  Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and is expected to be completed by October 2016.  Fiscal 2016 operation and maintenance (Navy); and fiscal 2015 and 2016 other procurement (Navy) funding in the amount of $25,589,923 will be obligated at time of award, and funds in the amount of $25,161,788 will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded $22,398,869 for firm-fixed-price delivery order 0035 under previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-11-G-001H) for repair of various parts in support of the F/A-18 aircraft.  Work will be performed in Lemoore, California (69 percent); Cecil Field, Florida (30 percent); and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (1 percent).  Work is expected to be completed by December 2018.  Fiscal 2016 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $22,398,869 will be obligated at time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  One firm was solicited for this non-competitive requirement, and one offer was received in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.  Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office, Amarillo, Texas, is being awarded a $20,809,451 cost-plus- fixed-fee modification to a previously issued delivery order (0122) placed against a basic ordering agreement (N00019-12-G-0006) in support of the MV-22.  This modification exercises an option for flight test sustainment support including test planning and execution, flight clearances, and technical reviews. Bethel-Webcor JV-1,* Anchorage, Alaska, was awarded $19,600,000 for firm-fixed-price task order 0006 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N62478-14-D-4001) for construction of a waterfront operations facility for Sea, Air, Land Delivery Vehicle Team One at Pearl City Peninsula, Pearl City.  The facility will include operations, training, planning, and mission support space, as well as individual and platoon equipment storage and load out areas.  Space will also be provided to support the Naval Special Warfare Group Three Tactical Athlete Center.  Project also includes renovations in Building 987 and construction of second floor space in the existing Building 987 high bay.  Work will be performed in Oahu, Hawaii, and is expected to be completed by February 2018.  Fiscal 2013 military construction (defense agencies) contract funds in the amount of $19,600,000 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Four proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Hawaii, Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, is the contracting activity. Bell-Boeing Joint Project Office, Amarillo, Texas, is being awarded an $11,314,491 cost-plus- fixed-fee modification to a previously issued delivery order (0090) placed against basic ordering agreement N00019-12-G-0006.  This modification to exercise options for common software support for the MV/CV-22, and training and training device support for the MV-22 aircraft.  Work will be performed at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (81.7 percent); Fort Worth, Texas (18.14 percent); and New River, North Carolina (0.16 percent), and is expected to be completed in December 2016.  Fiscal 2015 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $11,314,491 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland is the contracting activity.

PentaCon LLC,* Catoosa, Oklahoma, was awarded $9,544,234 for firm-fixed-price task order 0002 under a previously awarded multiple award construction contract (N69450-14-D-0757) for construction of Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School Applied Instruction Facility at Construction Battalion Center, Stennis Space Center.   .  The facility will provide training capabilities for the center.  Project includes all pertinent site improvements and site preparations; mechanical and electrical utilities, telecommunications, pile foundation, landscaping, irrigation, drainage, parking, exterior lighting and air conditioning.  The task order also contains four unexercised options, which if exercised would increase cumulative task order value to $10,305,654.  Work will be performed in Gulfport, Mississippi, and is expected to be completed by October 2017.  Fiscal 2016 military construction (Navy) contract funds in the amount of $9,544,234 are obligated on this award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  Three proposals were received for this task order.  The Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Southeast, Jacksonville, Florida, is the contracting activity. The Boeing Co., St. Louis, Missouri, was awarded a $7,236,020 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for research and development efforts required to demonstrate the integration of the tactical data link, LINK16, including other required avionics changes to accommodate the data link into the radar-production and radar-remanufacture in support of the AV-8B aircraft.  Work will be performed in St. Louis, Missouri, and is expected to be completed in June 2017.  Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,887,705 are being obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.  This contract was not competitively procured pursuant to 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). DEFENSE THREAT REDUCTION AGENCY

Booz Allen Hamilton was awarded a $35,954,551 contract with a potential to earn an award fee of up to $1,845,420 during the performance period for advisory and assistant services in support of the various projects under the Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program and the Proliferation Prevention Program.  Work will be performed at contractor facilities in Lorton, Virginia; Fort Belvoir, Virginia; and at various locations around the world.  The anticipated completion date is May 26, 2017 (base period); this contract includes four 12-month options that would end on May 26, 2021, if all options are exercised. This contract was a competitive acquisition and one offer was received.  The Defense Threat Reduction Agency, CTR Contracting Office, Fort Belvoir, Virginia, is the contracting activity (HDTRA1-16-C-0012).

DEFENSE FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SERVICE
