Asian Defense News: New Delhi ~ A 5.4 magnitude earthquake rocked southern Sumatra Island of Indonesia today, official sources said.According to India Meteorological Department, there were no immediate reports of damage or casualty from the quake, which was epicentred at 00.1 degrees south Latitude and 99.3 degrees east Longitude.
The tremor struck the Island at about 1223 hrs (IST), the IMD said.
